Shuu Watanabe (Shinobi no Ittoki) is directing the anime at TROYCA. Keiichirou Oochi is in charge of the series composition and Shuuhei Yamamoto (Kakushigoto) is designing the characters.
Fuyutsuki penned the fantasy romance novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website from July 2020 to January 2022. Overlap began publishing the series under its Overlap Novels f imprint in April 2021, featuring illustrations by Masami. The sixth volume shipped on June 25, with the seventh volume scheduled to be released on December 25.
Overlap’s Comic Gardo platform began serializing a manga adaptation by Mago Ayakita in November 2021. The fifth volume shipped on June 25.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the light novel and manga adaptation in English in September 2024. The first volume of each is planned for a February 4 and February 11 release next year, respectively.
